INSPECTION CHARGES:

(i) DIR, SGSY & loans Up to Rs.10,000/-:Nil
(ii) Over Rs.10000 to Rs.25000 Rs. 50/-
(iii) Over Rs. 25,000/-& up to Rs. 1 lac - Rs.250/- p.a.
(iv) Over Rs.1 lac to Rs.2lac Rs.400 per lac.
(iii) Above Rs 2 lac Rs.400/- per lac p.a for inspection within same municipal limits.

For outstation inspection, actual charges + Service Tax

(i) DIR, SGSY & loans Up to Rs.25,000/-:Nil
(ii) Over Rs. 25,000/-& up to Rs. 2 lac - Rs.500/- p.a.
(iii) Above Rs 2 lac but up to Rs. 5 crore: - Rs. 500/- per lac p.a for inspection within same municipal limits with a maximum of Rs. 12000/- p.a.

For outstation inspection, actual charges +25% subject to minimum Rs. 12000/- p.a.
(iv) Above Rs. 5 crores: - Actual charges +25% subject to a minimum Rs. 12000/-p.a.

Non-submission of audited balance sheet

For limits above Rs. 25 lac Rs. 1000/- per month, if not submitted within 6 to 8 months of year end.

For limits above Rs. 25 lac Rs. 1200/- per month, if not submitted within 6 to 8 months of year end.

Non submission of stock statement

Rs. 100/- if not submitted within 7 days of due date.

Inland BGs - Performance guarantees as well as financial guarantees

(i) Up to Rs.5 cr. - 2.50% p.a.
(ii) Portion above Rs.5 cr. & Up to Rs.10 cr. - 2.00% p.a.
(iii) Portion above Rs.10 cr.-1.50% p.a.

Plus Rs.200/- in each case as handling charges.

Borrowers rated SBS-5 & below¬ – 0.25% p.a. over and above the normal charge.

(i) Up to Rs.5 cr. - 2.75% p.a.
(ii) Portion above Rs.5 cr. & Up to Rs.10 cr. - 2.25% p.a.
(iii) Portion above Rs.10 cr.-1.75% p.a.

Plus Rs.250/- in each case as handling charges.

(3) Service Charges above are inclusive of Service Tax.
(4) These revised service charges are for advance related services (other than "P" segment advances).
(5) Loan processing charge is to be recovered from CC, OD & Demand loan account whereas upfront fee is to be recovered for TL accounts.
